Целью проекта является создание производства по получению золей SiO2, нанопорошков кремнезема и их производных на основе природных теплоносителей действующих геотермальных электрических станций ГеоЭС Мутновского месторождения (Южная Камчатка). Предлагаемые продукты проекта в настоящее время могут найти широкое потребление в качестве нанодобавок в резину, строительные, полимерные, включая лакокрасочные, материалы, при получении сорбентов и катализаторов, в качестве кормовых добавок и добавок в удобрения.
В качестве исходной среды используют природные гидротермальные растворы, в которых за счет растворения алюмосиликатных минералов образуются, в условиях повышенных давлений и температур месторождения, молекулы ортокремниевой кислоты (ОКК). Поликонденсация ОКК в наночастицы кремнезема в выведенном на поверхность гидротермальном растворе происходит при контролируемом снижении температуры раствора и регулировании величины его pH – при этом, фактически, происходит процесс синтеза молекул ОКК в частицы кремнезема. Получаемые частицы в большинстве своем имеют сферическую форму с характерными линейными размерами 5-100 нм.
Цель проекта — обеспечение продовольственной безопасности региона по таким видам продукции, как: «яйцо курино, мясо птицы, полуфабрикаты мясные, колбасы вареные и полукопченые», посредством модернизации действующего предприятия ГУСХП Камчатского края «Пионерское».
