Comprehensive investment project , which includes a number of functional , organizational , financial and related projects on individual objects of capital construction in tourist sphere ( accommodation facilities , catering , sports and leisure facilities ) , provided with the necessary support infrastructure.
The main objective of the project - creating a modern high tourist infrastructure to improve the competitiveness of the tourist market Kamchatka Krai and create conditions for accelerated development of tourism in the region by expanding the range and improve the level of services provided by Russian and foreign tourists.

Location of the cluster: Kamchatka region, Yelizovsky area Paratunski resort area, near the ridge Topolovy.
